Develop a Healthy Relationship With Yourself, Food and Your Body

Love Yourself and Your Body.

Emotional and disordered eating (including anorexia and bulimia) can cause so much hurt, suffering and hopelessness. Coming to love yourself and your body is the key to happiness. With therapy you can heal from your disordered eating and achieve lasting recovery.

Allow Food to Become a Source of Nourishment.

Counselling can help you develop a healthy relationship with food and learn to eat regular, healthy meals without anxiety. Food can be seen as a source of healthy sustenance.

Develop Healthy Exercise Habits.

Whether you over or under exercise, in order to feel good about your body you need to maintain healthy exercise habits. As your therapist, I can help you set goals that make exercise a fun and healthy part of your life.

Feel in Control and Peaceful Within.

Therapy can help you make peace with food and your body. You can feel calmer and more in control of your life.

Free your Energy So You Can Live a Happy Life.

Therapy can help free you from the time and energy that is now consumed obsessing about food. You can then be free to live a fulfilling life.
